Senior Media Planner
You build the plan — creator targeting, platform mix, budget allocation, placement sequencing, and performance optimization across YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
You have: 4+ years in media planning/buying (political, advocacy, brand, or agency). Direct experience with YouTube creator integrations or Reddit. You think in CPMs, retention curves, and DMA overlap. You build plans from scratch, not templates.
Account Executive
You own the client relationship — strategy translation, deliverable management, weekly reporting, and the trust that keeps engagements growing.
You have: 4+ years in account management or campaign management. You’ve run relationships where stakes are high and timelines are compressed. You write sharp client-facing memos without being asked to rewrite them. You flag problems before they become problems.
